Access requires: an active credential from a wood-flooring inspection body (NWFA certification included), a valid claim number, and the property address the claim is filed against.
What you'll see: the sealed cryptographic record for the property — moisture readings, photos, conditions, materials, timestamps — exactly as filed at install lock, verified against the anchored fingerprint.
No general lookup: an inspector credential never unlocks address search or another customer's records. Every request is tied to one claim and one property.
